| Nice composition and great depth of field, but I can't really make out the failure you are presenting. I like the crisp focus here, but I think that you depend too much on the title here. |

Technically: Great focus on the calipers. Very sharp image. The numbers on the adjustable arm are slightly bright, but doesn't really take away from the photo at all.
Challenge wise: the title lead me to believe you were looking to measure a diamond (or some form of sucess), but couldn't really find anything, and that was your failure? |
