Jason, sorry I came into the "choose the photo above you" just after you did. I didn't want to skip you, and didn't want to inadvertantly get me a second viewing. So I went ahead and checked out your site.
I really like this shot. I love how the rough texture of the stones frame the velvety texture of the rose. I'm not too good at PP so I won't try to give thoughts on that. I do know what I like and why I like the shot ... so that's where I have decided to concentrtate my comments. The layout and cropping are extraordinary here.

coming back to comment: This photo haunts me... I have come back to it a few times and each time I am struck by the composition.. the lighting is so good..... the simplicity is wonderful and the centering of the rose works perfectly. bumping up
