really flat and unblanced white. Adjust the white balance and maybe a little saturation and constrast.

This shot doesn't really help flatter the building. It's just a straight-on shot, but the symmetrical profile is lost in the trees. It looks flat because of the lighting, and the background is sort of boring and washed out. You have a line leading from top-left to middle-right, but there's nothing to see there. Maybe try a different time of day or from another angle?

too cyan ? to green ? something is wrong with colros here ... a different angle or closer shot would make this one much better

Nicely composed. Color balance seems to have too much cyan, I think. Makes the sky look very greenish. Using layers and extracting the sky to color correct the building would have helped. Also it could have allowed you to add more contrast to the building without messing up the sky.
