 Junk car abandoned in woods nearby...levels, hue/saturation, curves, fresco filter, cloned out a branch at bottom left, saturated a few areas to give it a stronger cartoonish feel, unsharp mask.

The posterizing makes this picture unreal and slightly disturbing. Good idea, but I think overdone.

love the colors and the "joke" of the picture, a car that can't be driven, is similar in spirit to the joke of the song.

NOTE.... I'm looking at the image first and tyrying to guess the title. If I can't guess, I can't give high marks :-(
