Your candids are remarkable pawdrix and this one is for me the top, eventhough I haven't seen all yet. It brought so many emotions to me that I almost got tears in my eyes, and I am by no means naive or soft hearted. It just triggers the viewers heart to care and the mind to think and it does so ever so slowly. First all I saw was a well composed, well exposed and well pp shot. Then I looked better at her eyes and saw the concentration, then the rest of her face and I saw determination. Next was her nails and somewhat ruffled hair... not very well kept. Next was all the bags and the fact that she is sitting on the ground in what is oviously a street. Probably homeless then... which just reinforced emotions that were starting to form inside me.
Wonderfull, this is what photography is all about. |

I love your photos. This one is one of my favorites of your photos. It's pure. Most of your photos make me want to visit NY again.

| Bless your kind heart in taking this shot.... lots of times street ppl have a sense of dignity, a wish to appear better than their surroundings.... you showed that....... by no means do all street ppl appear dirty.... lots of times they are well dressed, clean and actively looking for a way to help themselves up........ real nice photo! |
