 One of the many homeless people in San Francisco, working the weekend tourist crowd for spare change. I'm super shy about photographing people, but I gave this guy a buck and told him that I was going to take some shots for a contest. He was totally cool about it and when I was done, he said "I know you didn't want me to look at the camera, so I made sure to act like you weren't there". That gave me a good laugh and I kicked him an extra few dollars. I hope people enjoy the shot. It was the most extensive editing that I've ever done.

This would be a perfect time to use the flash. This would help to bring out his eyes and light his face under the hat and soften the shadow...

Well if you have money to buy a BRAND hat, a BRAND sweatshirt, a t-shirt, a jacket, a sarpie marker, and beard bleaching kit, you don't need more money. (by the way i'm kidding)
