 This image was taken early in the morning about 5:30AM just as the sky was beginning to get light. I used a tripod and a 80-400MM lens set at 300MM. Exposure was .40sec at f7.10.

Interesting lighting. I assume this is a long-ish exposure, but kinda wonder if it isn't actually two images combined into one? Do share your technique.
