Love the concept. Your creativity always ranks high. Thought this one would also place higher. One those images you never get tired from looking at :) |

Anyone who can afford King Oscar sardines these days is not a starving artist, BTW. |

this is good, Dan! Some of the commentors felt that the photo is humorous, which I think is true, but my personal take is, it felt a little sad, because it is like the diner is hoping he could have a better meal instead of the bread and canned sardine on his table. Good and creative take (as usual!) |

Good photo. I don't get the message, but technically speaking, it's a good photo. |

Challenge: SHADOWS III
Description: Creatively capture a shadow
Advanced Edit
Shadow Dining
Fit: Epitomises the idea behind the challenge 2
Took me a while to get this one
Aesthetics: Well composed, aesthetically pleasing 2
The straightforward contradiction between the still life and shadow make this fun
Technical: Technically well executed 2
Nice capture of the colours and tones in the still ife.
Wow: Has some impact 1
Just feel that this may be a little too subtle for the 10 second brigadeĆ¢Ā¦
Total Score = 7 |

This is the second one doing this with the shadows... Like both of them because of the creativity... LOL |

Cool! Great idea, I wish you had made the main subject a little brighter maybe by dodging or something. 7 |

Whilst, for a number of reasons, the "illusion" isn't at all convincing, the idea is still cute. 7 |

Creative. Very well done. Missed the difference in the shadow and the subject the first time around. 9 |
