?

It doesn't meet the challenge?
06/19/2006 07:11:24 PM
There's no framing?
06/19/2006 04:31:34 PM
No frame!
06/18/2006 01:22:18 AM
Trick question, right? Other than DNMC?

Is it the cut that runs 3/4 of the way through the pillar?
06/17/2006 04:13:11 PM
it's centrally composed, too tightly cropped, DNMC, not very good lighting. no emotional connection or interest provided, background element should be separated from foreground element, and balanced with the other background elements, horizon is centered in the fram, sky is flat and un-inspiring. did I miss anything?
06/17/2006 03:42:31 PM
Lacks features corresponding to the challenge description. If you'd cropped the right side into the right side pillar, the rest of them would have framed the background and bingo...
06/17/2006 04:49:29 AM
It's not framed?
06/17/2006 04:13:43 AM
What's wrong? It doesn't meet the challenge.

You really want to know? ;o)

I think the location works and you have used the framing technique however, to the right of the 'frame' is space that IMO does not add to the image. The hills on the left are nicely framed between the left most pillars.
06/16/2006 11:15:19 AM
I don't understand what you are trying to achieve. I don't see how your foreground frames the background. There is no real set subject, there is a huge pillar in front, but the backround distracts from that.

There's no framing?
06/15/2006 06:31:42 PM
How about no frame?
06/15/2006 04:19:27 PM
I don't get the title.
06/15/2006 02:52:13 PM
there is no framing...
06/15/2006 10:43:50 AM
What is wrong? There is no frame, challenge missed ...
06/15/2006 09:35:04 AM
I DON'T SEE A FRAME IN THE FOREGROUND.
06/15/2006 06:26:06 AM
holiday snap?
06/14/2006 05:35:08 PM
I dunno...Maybe DNMC?
06/14/2006 05:26:26 PM
No Frame,to encompass the back ground.
06/14/2006 04:56:02 PM
To be honest I'm not sure what's framing what. :)
06/14/2006 12:11:28 PM
nothing is framed perhaps?
06/14/2006 09:52:23 AM
Well, let's see, the dead centering of the first column, ha ha ha (just kidding)

I don't get the sense of framing here, Maybe sort of, but it has too much of a snapshot feel to it.
06/14/2006 05:52:19 AM
here's what's wrong with this image...while it's a great shot, I can't see a frame in the foreground framing what's in the background...or is it just me?
06/14/2006 01:59:24 AM
no frame? the cut in the pillar...?
