This might look really good withouth the filth and with a closer crop / zoom / composition.

I think you needed to stop down your exposure a bit to get a more contrasty capture of the shadow. It doesn't make much of an impact with this somewhat overexposed shot.

the photo appears too overexposed and maybe an even tighter crop without any concrete would have kept the eyes focus on the shadows. just a suggestion
