Quirky, but interesting. Nice blend of lines and shadows. The rich color realy grabs your attention. Don't quite get the title though. |

Amazing....
You really have an eye for composition ... and I had to take my hat off this one.. :)
Look out for the framing .. (Top Right - the photo would be nicer if the corner ends in yellow)
Cheers
Keep it up.. |

Greeting from the Critique Club Shannon!
Congrats on your 3rd highest score to date.
I like this image and am fond of how the lines in the shed distort the areas of the shadow. I also think the use of open space was a nice touch. The tones are pleasing as well.
I guess what I would critique would be just a few small points. The shadows to the right and left of the subject are a bit distracting. For an image like this to really pop you want to see the color or background lead right up to the model's shadow. The other thing I'd like to mention is the very top right corner. While it is not a huge distraction I think it could've been cropped out.
Overall a great shot!
Thanks for the opportunity to critique this photo Shannon!
Cheers - Phil |

The background is a nice colour and the tone is great. My only suggestion would have been to have the model more central and compose the photo around a frace profile and the body frontal dancing with (important) the iPod cable clearly visible (which it is not in this photo). The top of this photo is not contributing enough to the image. |

Great comp and idea. Crisp and lighting is great. I like natural gradient it creates. |

This would work better, IMHO, if the pattern of lines in the background was more consisten. Also, there are two distracting "near-shadows" in the bottom. |

I like the shadow and the bizarre color used. Something thuroughly amusing about this. 8 |

nice idea and well taken.
8 from me, my only critisism is that your model looks a little staged.
Good luck

Great shadow, comp and colour. Not sure what the title means, but that doesn't really matter when you've delivered a good photo. |
