Great idea ... I love the eroding foreground elements. With just a few adjustments this could be the winner IMO. I think that slant or distortion hurt this a bit ... maybe a more strongly angled image would distract from the lens distortion or whatever is going on. You could also maybe try moving either up or down with the camera to have more dramatic background perspective or something to focus the eye to. Another possiblity would be to have a more zoomed/cropped deal where the top and bottome are cropped out. Also: a polarizing filter might hold back some of the highlight in the background allowing for more interesting contrast. i left all this because i like the image and feel this idea has great potential. 7 |

Would have been a bit better if the bottom was horizontal but otherwise its a nice shoot |

The shape of the columns gives the frame interest despite its being virtually silhouetted. |
