The mirror is in perfect focus. The .jpg isn't nearly like the original. The powdered sugar on mirror didn't compress well. Also, the powder is reflecting on the mirror making it look double. That adds to look of out of focus. It was shot at f/22. Look at the wording on the bills, they are in focus from the closest to the back, so the mirror has to be in focus.
I would have done a lot different, but I wanted the reflection in the mirror to show the overdose. |

| this image seems a bit soft (ie the powder on the mirror). the backdrop is a bit busy as well. i get the concept but the image isn't that strong otherwise |

| I like how the picture insinuates overdose with the girl's hair in the background. It's hard to see the razor and after thinking about this one for a bit, maybe the girl should be more in the picture. It's kind of like an afterthought like this. |

| The model is very incidental in this shot, like you too a shot with a model, and then didn't like it, and tried to crop them out, but couldn't quite get rid of them. Just a bit odd. The mirror makes it very hard to focus on the main subject of the shot. |

Good concept.
Focus is a bit off.
Is that someones hair on top?
If so, that person should've been included in the picture..
(as passed out, or something) to actually show the over indulgence..
Though that person may not necessarily want their face in a picture like this. LOL!
Still, you could've shown a person.. not a face.. |

| I hate to say it, but the full-on, in your face snuff pic or druggie euphoria should have been shown here. The hint of hair just doesn't draw the viewer in enough to make an emotional connection. |

| Yikes! the hair is frightening. are they supposed to have OD'ed or just passed out? and that blue light int he upper right hand corner is distracting. interesting take though ill give ya that. its emotive |

| Focus is off. The lines should be the focus not the currency, right? |
