The crop is a little centered IMO. A little more open space on the RH side would have been good.

I like the B&W, and the contrast. However, he doesn't really look desolate. He seems to be sleeping, and he has a wallet so I don't think he is homeless. Good street candid though

Sorry, but I am not convinced. He could be a guy in the middle of a park taking a nap, waiting on his wife shopping in a nearby store for all I know.

Comp needs work, blacks too deep, whites blown, light ok, nice texture

I dont get a feeling of desolation from this personally. just looks like some guy sleeping. his clothing doesnt make him look homeless or in anyway desolate. sorry. 5

sensational, i love the black and white conversion, and the busy background is great. i like the patterns in the ground and the weird way the man is sleeping

Obsolete, left behind, alone all come to mind. Desolation is a bit further down the list.
