Great feel of city life! The gentleman is a great subject, too.
You may want to try a similar photo in which there is "negative space" between the subject & any "background individuals." (The lady almost protrudes from the man's arm.)
However, moving your stance to the left & widening your Field of Vision to include all of the lady, you could have a three-point-draw pulling you eyes through the photo. (Car-Far Away Center, Lady-Near Left, Subject-Front Right.)
You could, also, move around to your right to place "background Lady"-Right & Subject-Left. Hope that helps! Be Blessed! :)
