This is very Silence of the Lambs. I would prefer to see a motion blur that is more obviously deliberate. This looks like your hand moved while holding the camera. There is also a LOT of dead space and the centering isn't the greatest. I would suggest a much tighter crop.

uh nice try. i'm sorry but this photo just makes my head hurt. I would like to see a little more dynamic motion than this--this looks like the camera was moved and not the moth.

I've given the same basic comment on quite a few shots -- my preference (as I discovered while looking at a number of these blur shots) is for a sharp subject. When there is no sharp subject, my eye wanders around trying to find something to focus on.

nteresting subject. However, it looks more like a shadow than blur. Also, the background is washed out.

Yes motion blur but the composition needs improvement.

That should be the cover of a dvd for a super scary movie. You should call the movie studios and sell it to them.

not much going on here, I think the bug needs more context. The detail on the bug also isn't great.

Yep. It's a blurry bug alright. ;^) Perhaps if you could have gotten the background closer to true white and off-centered the subject a little more?

Sorry, but I just don't find this subject matter or composition particularly interesting.

Yep. Motion blur. Not much else to say, though.

There are some interesting dynamics going on with the blur of the bug. But the composition seems rather stagnent and too centered. Maybe a tighter and off centered crop would make the subject a little stronger.
