This will not be another DNMC comment since "glass" is not immediately evident in this shot. Since we all are adult about the challenge details, I will automatically assume that it is glass of some sort.

People say that the mark of a good photograph is its ability to hold the viewers attention. You have succeeded remarkable well in that regard. Of all the photos in this large challenge, I have continued to come back and be intrigued by yours.

There are elements to this photo that I absolutely find amazing. The color is very appealing and I love the overall texture. It almost seems like and ink print on an ancient stone wall. There is almost a "batik" feel to this. It sure does convey the feeling of a Royal Palace from a bygone era.

The crop is nice. There are great angles to the composition. It would be interesting to see this just a touch brighter, but that is a minor flaw.

Although it may not be the best of all the entries it certainly deserves a decent score. I hope others can view and appreciate this shot. Regardless of your ultimate score, you have provided a very interesting photo. 8

I think this might be a feflection, but its very unclear what were looking at.

This looks like a stone wall with an etching of the palace you're alluding to. Or perhaps it is the reflection of the palace in a window? I'm not quite sure about this one as it fits the challenge, but I think it makes a great abstract piece.

This is lacking in contrast - hard to tell what I'm seeing, and I'm not sure I see any glass.

I am not sure what I am looking at. Is this a picture of a building reflected in something? The colours look unnatural, it's hard to pick out what it is.
