 Well, my parents didn't take too kindly to my smashing one of their mirrors into itty bitty pieces, so I smashed one of my own. It's all good ;) I took out my old boogie board, which I frequently use as a backdrop, and used it for the ground here. The reflection is from a page of a magazine. Sorry folks, tried as I could, it was physically impossible for me to be the model for this one ;)
I had a bunch of outakes I could not decide upon, but everybody I asked seemed to favor this one. Not my personal fave, but majority rules.
And if there is anybody out there who isn't familiar with this superstition, it goes : if you break a mirror you get seven years bad luck.
EDITING:
crop, contrast, color correction (? I can't remember), and sharpen.

Wow, I really like this one. The way the mirror is broken really compliments the woman's pose, and the color of the background is fitting for her skin tone. Nice work.

Not very original, but nicely done (though not as well as in "Superstitions & Urban Legends I" I think). Still voting high for you though.

Back to bump. This is my favorite of the mirror shots. Nice position of the model and I like the layout of the mirror with large pieces missing.

I like the reflection. the idea of it and the way you did it. there are some weird blue lines in the farthest right piece of mirror though that are rather distracting.

One of the better mirror shots.but I would to have liked to see more expression on the models face. and lower on the mirror, less sholder, more face.
