There doesn't seem to be a clear area of focus here. The white is so bright that it takes away from the flowers to the viewer. Also your flower (the main subject) is too far away and away from the light source. Less forground and a bit more light on the subject.

The brightness of the drop pulls my eyes away from the flower. If they were a bit brighter, and totally in focus this would be really nice.

the flower is very sweet, the drapery looks a little blown out.

Though well placed off centre, the focus and light does not appear to be on the flowers.

The lighting is a little too flat, there are no highlights or shadows on the flowers so they don't stand out much, you could have fixed it with dodging and burning, I'm sure it would look much better. It's also a little noisy but you might have done that on purpose.
