Nice shot, with nice lighting.
Does the building in the background get lit up with a bluish light at night?
A nice night-shot, (if that is the case) would be good too, and would probably lift the horses even more, adding greater drama. |

| Not enough detail showing in the faces of the horses to make them the main subject of this image. A little gamma adjustment in levels might have helped. |

| Check out Rule of 3rds. The clock tower is right in the spot where your eye wandrs by this rule. Crop that out and you would have a stronger image. |
