This is great rob! You were robbed. I gave you a 6 and liked the stationary effect and the perspective. You've had time to pick the rubber out of your teeth. Let us see some photos from your travels.

This isn't really a subject matter that appeals to me, and it makes me think, "what a waste of rubber." However, it is a bit interesting, and looks like something that ought to be hanging in some teen boys bedroom. I think it could have been improved by cropping out the hairy ankle at the top. I like the blue rim if the tire; it goes well with the light blue smoke. The focus seems a bit soft. I'd also like a little more macadam to the left and bottom of the tire.

A great example of motion standing still. If you would have cropped this image so that only the tire and tailpipe were showing, it still would have conveyed your intent and the top part of the bike and the riders leg wouldn't draw one's eyes away from the main subject. 6
