 I think someone said for sure:
"Lazy boy you are! you didn't but much effort to take this picture"
Well, it's true :p
The light comes from the window behind the camera, it was a cloudy day.
I set up the camera for 10 seconds delay and then went quikly (tring not to stumble) to the focus area :)

Nice sharpness, motion and idea. Contrasts and shades right on. Great shot.

the blurr effect helps with the idea. hope the subject didn't have to really fall for this shot. hehe

This is a nice grayscale photo. The blurring of the foot in motion is a little distracting to me.

I think this would have been a better image if you had the shutter speed a little faster so the moving foot was more in focus. Nice concept.
