Hi from the Critique Club.
Tonights critiques are more of the rambling kind so i hope you don't mind. Here goes...
Your focus looks spot on, the lighting is soft and diffused and you did a very nice job of framing her. I especially like how the flute leads the viewers eyes up to her face(which really tells the story).
I really dont have any real criticism to offer because you did such a good job on this pic, especially considering the restrictions of the challenge. I dont really care for the big guy in the BG but thats pretty minor. I'd love it w/o the microphone too.
Good job and a 5.5xx is a pretty good score around here. This isn't the type of picture that just grabs the viewer and says "LOOK AT ME" but it is a fine example of photography. Keep shooting and good luck. Maybe i'll run into you in SF sometime. (I'll keep my eyes open :) )
