I like the way the shadow of the jar and the jar itself are combined to become a heart.

Greetings from the Critique Club Viranod!

I'd call this an extremely creative shot. The placement of the subject is nice and the half heart shadow was a great idea.

As was mentioned, the reflection is s huge distraction. Once a voter sees that it's hard for them to get away from it. The rocks coming to an abrupt end on the left leaves a sense of unfinishedness. Personally, I feel that if the reflection wasn't there and the rocks were the entire background, you'd have finished pretty high. The idea itself was excellent and, as I said, very creative. Just a couple of minor distractions cost you a few points.

Thanls for the opporrtunity to critique this image Viranod.

Cheers - Phil

Not doing anything for me and I felt compelled to figure out if you made a mistake and captured yourself in the reflection. I can't quite make out what or who it is which only frustrates me (LOL).

The composition is good, I like the creative angle, and the rule of thirds works well for this image. I'm unsure about the reflection in the vase, I'm guessing it was intentional, but I feel it doesn't really add anything at all to the image. Image seems reasonbly sharp and looks quite good from straight off the camera. 5

title showed what you were trying for, would have been a better illution to have the white rocks on the left hand side too. (take a picture of rocks and then use it against the wall) that or just have the jug moved over...

Ohhhh I get it. Nice idea. Picture is a little flat, though.

I can see your reflections but good tones and angle.

Interesting observation. I can see the photographer's reflection in the pottery which is a bit distracting. Ultimately, the heart shape isn't enough to hold my interest.
