| Good focus to bring out the details in the petals. The stalk on the left side is a little distracting to me since it competes with the primary subject for attention. The soft lighting works quite well for this subject. |

very nice although not sure about the left third of the image I would have cropped it off

| Definitely a burst, excellent colours, very good DOF control. The stem to the right is a bit too much of an attention catcher though (and takes away attention from the flower). (8) |

| 6 - This is nice, but the pruned stem dominates a little too much in my opinion. More space at the bottom below the flower would also have likely given this a little extra. |
