This is not a bad shot at all straight from the camera. Really the only thing I can comment on is your exposure and your composition. Exposure looks to be fineâ€Â¦looks to be a fair amount difference in your darks and lightsâ€Â¦obviously you would tweak these in PS and make them have more contrast. And the composition I like alsoâ€Â¦I like the branchâ€Â¦if you could have gotten a bit closer and a larger shot of the bird that would be betterâ€Â¦but if this was the closest you could get then that’s all you got. Over all I think this is the best you could do for this shot for straight out of the cameraâ€Â¦good job.

Not a bad shot, wouldn't hurt if there was some colour or a more interesting bird. Sorry catbird. |

8 - Nice capture and good composition. Difficult, but even more 'pop', make this even better in my opinion. Nice simplicity. Very good 'straight from the camera' shot. |
