 Taken in Eagle Point, Oregon on August 30, 2003...these two handsome fellows are my grandsons, Christopher (11) and Christian (7). They are characters and this was their idea for this challenge.

Anyway- Hello from Critique Club.

First off, nice staged shot. It's got a great laugh factor and reminded me vividly of the joys of back to school. I also personally like the fact it was the kids idea.

Technically-
I think the key to improving this shot rests in getting closer. I think getting physically closes as well as zooming in more would give this shot more impact. The expressions on the kids faces would add depth. You also have too much open space around the image. A tighter crop on both the righ and left would give you a stronger image.

Nice work and keep shooting!

LOL, well this is funny. Would of cropped the bit on the right so even with the office wall, it is a little distracting. And just a thought may have been a bit more 'real' if adult was dragging him

This is funny :) Good shot. You must have had a good time getting it. With so much going on in the picture it has more of a snap shot feel. I think a closer shot of the kids would have been better.
