Colors and softness is really nice, IMO, I think the horizon is slightly tilted. I love the detail in teh sand and the seaweed and the stop motion on the wave.

The soft focus conveys that time of day nicely. However, the consistent blue tone makes it hard for me to figure out where to look.
I wonder what's just to the left of the frame? Could you have panned left? That way, the the arch in the sky that starts mid-frame here would continue, adding a top frame to the photo. The seaweed would then provide the bottom frame, with the waves in the middle. That would also add some different colors to the picture.
