| hey, that reads '3 low' ! good use of motion blur to capture the idea of speed. don't think the blue is enhancing the image though. |

| The blue cast is nice but makes the picture feel cold and moody which really doesn't have anything to do with the subject of the picture. Still a great composition though. |
