Really good job here. I would agree with one comment that said it might have been voted higher if the arrow pointed to the 10. Would also agree to crop out the darker portion of the table. In any case it's a shot that stands alone really well without the challenge theme, and I also like the less saturated look :)

Nice old world feel to this shot. Bumped up

I love the whiteness of the dial in contrast to the soft shades of the rest. The only nitpicks I have, personally, would be to eliminate the table edge, and if you could have tightened down the scale so it actually pointed to the 10 toward the bottom. Great shot :D

nice job on the background, I think this would score higher if the scale were actually pointing to 10 somehow... I'd also like to see the scale more on the right side of the photo and I think that the apple to the side is a nice touch. Also, just a thought, you might have shot this from a higher angle to get more table reflection and then you could crop out or not see the dark brown side of the table, I like the idea and your smooth creamy tones are pleasing to look at

Very pretty! Wish you could have lost the table bottom though. Still an 8!

What beautiful light and colour... Great subject, details and composition, although, you probably could have afforded to crop more of the negative space from the top. Though this is overall a very elegant piece of work. Well done - 8 :)
