 Self shot with a tripod mounted Canon 30d, wired remote, and three tungsten lit softboxes. Shot in monochrome mode in camera and cropped in Photoshop.

Oooo. Sexxxxy. Your title is exactly what I would've commented. Makes me think she's a wee bit distracted. Maybe she's looking at the photographer wishing that's who was nuzzling her neck? :)
