 On a photo safari at Wild Animal Park in Escondido, CA, the Giraffes are supposed to stay outside the truck -- this one didn't follow the rules very well.

Caught quickly, without much forthought -- the moment in time as it were. Only changed the saturation and used USM.

The term s n a p s h o t is sometimes used in a derogatory way. Here, IMO, we have an oppurtunity to use it fittingly and as a compliment. Really, half the charme of this image is the very manner of this photo. It's utterly topical AND hilariously real and entertaining. To me, it is educational as well.
After all, now I know what it looks like inside a giraffe's mouth!

Very funny. Great composition. The focusing shows great interaction between the three. The way it's lit the giraffes' head almost pops out of the shot. Beautiful

LOL that woman looks genuinely freaked out at that tongue coming at her. Shot could be a tad darker for my liking, tho thats more a preference. Great capture, certainly in my top 3!
