Looks almost rotoscoped.. Did you see "A Scanner Darkly" before processing this? Eh? EH?

I have mixed feelings about this: I basically love the shot, though I think the trash barrel is a little too dominant, but I'm not reacting well to the hyper-processing. I find myself wondering how well this would fare if it were DE-saturated somewhat... |

This has a odd quality to it. What did you do to this shot? |

I enjoy the frenetic lines and the content people, plus the unreal processing. Looks like a magazine illustration. 7 |

fantastic rendering, great composition and colors--this really reads "Urban". I thought of doing something similar with the "10th Avenue" street sign in NYC-but my intentions were not as creative as yours. The effects here really work, perhaps better than a typical photo. |

I love the 'time has stopped' look I think it would have a little more characher if you took out half the sat. so it has a bit more mystery |

Without a street sign, we'd have no way of knowing it was 10th street, BUT I love the USM and the bright almost surreal sense of color. Great stop action with the woman walking her poodles. I might move my vantage point so the green trash can is less centered. I really like this image. |

I absolutely LOVE this shot...the edit has made it look so surreal and it looks like everyone posed for you...hope you do well with this...I love the lady with the dogs...I mean, I don't love her because I don't know her and I am a married man, but I love her being in the shot with the dogs:-) |
