YIKES! Not sure I would risk this shot considering I have such a fear of heights. |

Yes, the converging curves really help this shot. I also think that you would have gained some if the shoes were a nice pair of pumps, even better if you could get a woman to put her feet there in something open-toed. Emotive and a great take on the challenge. |

I'll bet that this would have score over 6 with a different border and a different pair of shoes. Voters are funny that way. Excellent take on the challenge! (BTW - I didn't vote this challenge so I had no score to give you. Probably a 6 or 7 though). |

I would have preferred a more central composition. Great POV though and totally convincing. The border needs to go unfortunately ;) |

Suicide is painless. Anyway, I like the repeat of the arched pattern in the stitching of the slippers and the arch on the sidewalk. You noted that particular detail and used it to your advantage. The photo seems a bit flat, though. Maybe the light was overcast or something, but you don't get the sense of height that you were trying to convey in the image. Still, I give it a 7 |

Good. Gives me an uneasy feeling. I wonder what it would have looked like if you had focused on the shoes instead of the ground. Maybe better, maybe not. |

This one takes a minute. At first, it's a very javascript: do_vote(8)
8 flat image. Then the shoes grab my attention, and I realize I'm looking straight down.
I like surprises! :) 8.
I wonder how it'd look with the shoes sharp and the background slightly blurred? |

I'm going to just tell myself that you set a pair of shoes up there on the edge to help with the fear of heights... very convincing perspective! Also like the symmetry of the yellow lines leading in. Well composed. |

I think both feet should have been out a little bit more. |
