Saw that you were looking for comments on this image so I thought I would let you know what I saw when I gave you a seven. I thought the technical aspects of this shot were excellant, lighting, depth of focus, saturation, etc. Looking at your score histogram, I see a lot more 3's, 4's, and 5's than I would have expected. I think this is because the leading line of the cue stick is so short. This didn't provide as much perspective as some folks were looking for. I myself followed the cue stick all the way down past the group of balls. However, if you had included more of the cue stick and increased the leading line effect, I could have given this a 9 very easily.

Nice job on this. The thumb is a bit distracting; a slightly different camera angle or hand position might have been better. Nice though. :) |

Love the shot. Maybe increase perspective effect by pushing target balls back some so there is space between them and cue ball? |
