 Usual adjustments in Nikon Capture: Curves, Color Mode, Saturation, Contrast, Sharpening.
In Photoshop, selective color layer, a little burning of the mountains, USM and save for web.

Made a self-DQ - burned a tiny bit on those mountains, forgot I wasn't supposed to.

I appreciate the attempt, but to me, those items are so clearly different in size that it ends up looking like an off-center shot of the ship, with the mountains simply as background. To catch my eye, the two things you're comparing visually have to appear to be at the same distance and reasonably close in size.

Sorry but I'm not really sure what the subject here is. Mountain? Ship? And I don't really get the connection between to two.
