I like the angle this is shot from, very dynamic but sorry, that´s about all I like about this picture, whatever you did in the post processing totally ruined it for me, I STRONGLY dislike the blue hue all over the shot and the fuzziness of the top portion of the shot, doesn´t matter if it´s motion blur or something else, it´s just quite off putting for me. Not trying to offend you but I make a point of at least explanining why when I vote a 3 or lower and I gave this a 3.

Very creative to use IR here! Nice perspective. A few things could help clean this up and make it an outstanding shot. IMO it is a little fuzzy/unsharp. The houses in the background aren't bad, but don't add anything to the overall compostition either. I'm wondering what the black object on the left is? It almost looks like a stationary bike?
