| I had given you a six on this picture. It's a shame that you scored so low - my guess is that your image was too small...If you need help resizing, click on Learn -- Tutorials above. I really like the atmospheric element in this picture and I think that the tree is framed well. I totally get the connection to nostalgia. Whenever I see pictures of the house from long ago and see the tree that were there when I was little....just wanted to say that I liked your pic. |

| Nice use of a silhouette. Very small picture, so hard to see focus and DOF, etc. Maybe adding something else of interest within the frame also. Pretty bland and boring shot with the tree centered. |

| I don't quite see how this fits the challenge except perhaps as a nostalgia for nature and life? I like the picture but I just don't understand the connection. |

Make your pictures larger when you submit. They can be up to 640 on the longest side and you should ideally come as close to that as possible.
About the pic: What part of the silhouette makes us think back to a time before? I'm not sure I understand how it connects to nostalgia. Good effort, and my guess is it's your first. Keep shooting, keep trying. 6 |
