Somebody was kind enough to park this on the street outside. There were a lot of dirt specks to be cloned away from the matt black castings - several hundred, I would think. There was even a bit of rust, but don't tell the owner. There's obviously a bit of colour in the reflections in the exhaust pipes, which I left, but I did clone out a couple of bits of bright red from tail light reflectors of nearby parked cars.

Otherwise the processing was USM, resize, contrast/brightness.

Too little DoF but nice compo and crop

Next time try a different angle. You can go closer to the heart, take a picture of one subject sharp and the rest could be blury. Maybe it might be "different".

That large out of of focus thing near the top really draws my eye away from the part that's in focus below it. Which was your intended subject?

More grey than strikingly black 7 white. This doesn't really "speak" to me, if that's not too pretentious. There are lots of interesting angles, light & shadow, detail, etc. But you haven't really made much of it, I'm afraid.
