 This is the state capitol building of Colorado. You probably already knew that.

I had really hoped to photograph it with the warm light of a setting sun. As is the case for most everybody, the weather never cooperates when you really only have one chance to go get the photo. So instead this is what I'm coming to the table with.

Convert to RAW, Levels & Curves, NR, Bleach Bypass Simulation filter, and sensor dust clean-up.

Kinda amusing that just about all of us from Denver headed straight for the Capitol, and that a fellow Denverite took the blue with something completely different... heh... anyway, I like your shot a lot, very rich in color. The sky cooperated for you a lot more than it did for me. We were there the same day, but yours looks a bit later than mine. I was hoping to recreate a shot now in my portfolio, but luck was not on my side.

Lots of gold domes, but this one has a more artful placement in the shot and I like it. 7

Well, it seems we are all from Denver and we all had this idea :). I like yours alot because of the time that you took it, and the clarity of the gold dome. So I give it a 10. Besides us Denverites have to stick together.
