I'm glad you couldn't control the grasses, the gold in the grass really brings out the gold on the building, and they make the building look less contrived. Lovely shot. |

That's an amazing church. I like the grass in front, the golden stalks tie in with the gold domes. |

Seems so out of place, almost apocalyptic in a way.
I do like the grass/wheat blowing across the frame the way it is.
The Gold of the field and the sprires on the church are a nice balance. |

This is wonderful. The yellow wheat and golden steeple really bring this image together, and the clouds are magnificent. In my personal opinion, I would have moved the picture so that the church was being framed by the wheat. |

grains and clouds give tremendous depth of field to exaggerate mass of building |

Knew it was Cathedral town ;-) Really nice shot, knowing the site i know you would have got a much more impressive shot from inside the gate... Nice job, and congrats on the placing! |

I would of preferred it if you had of taken the photo from a little higher so that the storks weren't in front of that beautiful building! |

I love the composition and DOF of this shot. The dark brooding sky doesn't hurt either. This is a winner IMHO. 10 |

I like the structure - nice architecture and the gold tops fit it into the challenge. The foreground weeds however are distracting - I would suggest a reshoot with them pulled out of the way |

Beautiful shot. I think the one tall stalk that comes up through the house could have been taken out. However It does not lower the score for me. I really like it. 10 |

haha, Cathedral Town outside of Toronto? I wanted to stop and take a look around last time i was up at fletchers fields, but didn't have the time or the energy. If It's not, it looks AMAZINGLY like it! lol, kinda sticks out in the middle of nowhere eh? |

Very very nice - My only small and personal distraction is the road on the left - If you had just dropped down a fraction more it would have gone - But lovely composition |

Wow! Stunning! I think the two wheat stalks are a little in the way. I'm sure you made it that way on purpose. This is just my personal preference. It is one of my favorites from this challenge! |

Those gold tops look very cool against that dark sky. The foreground grass almost gets to be too much though, it starts to make this very good photo a little busy. |
