 Had a couple of ideas for this. I couldn't tell from the challenge description if the subject had to be made of gold. I hope not. I am sure some will think DNMC, but oh well!

First shot with my new 70-200 4.0L. What an awesomely sharp lens!

Model is my lovely wife. Back lit the honey with an EX580 with soft box. lit from the front wiht an EX420 and a defuser.

Post processing -

Open from RAW
In RAW, adjust color temp a bit warmer, increase shadows.
In PS CS2
Increase yellow satuarion on honey
size for DPC entry
Neat Image on face
add border
Save for web.
