Had my friend over for a golden make-up :o) We tried all sorts of poses and decided to use this one because we thought the cap looked good with the gold...

p.w. some color adjustments and some dodging.

Well... my lowest entry yet...

I really like this shot, was not going for a "body cut off" look, but I sure can understand afterwards how it did come out :o)

I actually did not cut off her hed - hihihi... just wrapped my white background around her and.... well, thanks for the votes and comments.

Yes, the voters are strange (or at least their taste) - we just got additional proof of that with this result :)

Gave you an 8 for this...interesting idea to have no background...

Interesting, I find the lack of body a little disturbing though!

I think I see what you were trying but it appears she headless. The lighting is very nice as is the focus.

the mix of gold and eskimo is certainly creative and original - i've personally never come across it as a theme before... to be honest, i can't quite see whether there is a valid link between the two, but ho hum. the shot does have the unfortunate feel of decapitation about it, too. it's a mad hotch potch of an image to be sure, but still very likeable, particularly for its slight bonkers-ness. erm, 6.

oh my. a disembodied head. No, I can't like that.

"Honey, there was a blizzard last night! So, if you would be kind enough to chip me out of this snowbank, I will be more than happy to lose my 'frigid' reputation! Care to...warm...me...up?" ROFL!!!!
I'm taking a chance that you have a good sense of humor because this is a very fine rendering of golden skin tones. However, the disembodied head appears a little humorous to me. :)

ROFL This made me laugh. Original and I like the "floating head" effect.

This is kinda creepy. Its just a floating head.
07/24/2006 09:13:46 AM
Seems a bit awkward to see just a head and no neck

To cut off a head for a challenge - that's dedication! :)
