Thank you for your comments, they are always in the way to make things better.
About this pictue I think that md8speed is right, i.e. with greater aperture and less speed you would have gained a better depth of field and all the gold would have been in focus.
The way it is now the first thing you look at is the part of the gold that is not in focus. With that fixed I think you would have scored around 6.
The flowers add a lot to the picture and a black background would only make this a picture of a music stand instead of capturing a scene. |
