I know it's an integral element in your photo, but I would actually prefer this without the building. I really like the simplicity of the birds and the pole. The building just seems out of place.

Where do you find the joy in the situation.
The lamp post is also cutting the image in two pieces thus deviding the interest.
Anyway,Being a calcuttan I know how common but contextual crows are with calcutta.Good work.

I think you could've adjusted the cropping a little more.
