 Though I don't think this submission will score very well, I really enjoy this photo. As such I'm submitting it. I like the gritty texture and the refractive elements. Levels, contrast, rotate, crop.

I was your 10! It can be nice sometimes to be able to say, "this entry is going to do badly but I don't care!!" I think that's a great attitude so way to go :-)

Filters can make or break an image. This one got hurt.

Grain size too large for my taste. I like the grainy effect, but wish the grainy bits were smaller.
