 Open RAW in Nikon capture,
Adjusted white balance and sharpened,
Imported into Photoshop,
Curves, Hue/Saturation, Clone some spots and s harsh shadow on the cards from my fingers, Doge & Burn,
Enhanced the eyes with curves and USM,
Brightness & Contrast, USM, Crop, re-size and save for the web

This is a Self Portrait and was a pain in the A$$! I hope it does well. I want to keep my string of 6's going.

Sorry, but IMHO there's way too much color in this to meet the spirit of the challenge.

I like this a lot but I find the green eyes distracting. Without the green eyes, 8; with 6. (This has nothing to do with the color or no color contraversy. I like the skin tones.)

Interesting interpretation. Did you pump up the saturation of his eyes?

I think you wanted the subject matter to be the black and white cards. IMO the subject matter here is much more than that. Thus, I'm thinking this doesn't meet the challenge well.

Hey man - there is color in this shot! Oh wait a minute - that still meets the challenge description. Good self portrait, but the eyes are just a bit too much (but better than too much NI). Great detail and the blending into the background works well. Hope your not getting dinged too hard by the "no color" nazis.

Great picture. I love the cards and the idea is awesome. So far I have not been a big fan of having a lot of other colors in the shots but man those green eyes just make this so fun. Mischief. :)
