 Taken in St. Anthony, Newfoundland, this photo depicts the tools once used by the famous doctor Grenfell. He came to the region and provided much needed care and training in a remote and underdeveloped area. To this day, he is a local hero, memorialized in the title of the region - 'The Grenfell Loop'.

My grandfather was a physician. This picture reminds me of him. Great nostalgia for me.
