 I was housesitting for good friend and band director this past week, and i looked over at his shelty (named Misty)layin on the couch, and she looked so peaceful.

i really hope this portrays that, and the voters see it as well. it definitely shows it to me, but the voters, sometimes, not so much the same idea ya know :)

Certainly looks like one relaxed little dog and I like the DOF but am not sure it fits my idea of 'Zen'

Although this dog is at rest, I do not feel the zen in this photo, as the subject matter itself is too busy, too many details that forces my eye to be drawn into all of the details rather than being at ease with the photo.
