This is exquisite in it's simplicity and beauty. Very tastefully presented and emotive. :)

Beautiful, you have a talent for attaching emotion to your photographs. I love the quiet feel to this.

i wouldn't crop this. for me, my eye rested first on the line from her shoulder blade to her neck, which drew my eye to her face so i like the extra space. a little dodge like jdannels is good in the upper right but i prefer this image the way you have it, less contrasty. seems like sunday morning to me.

Nice angle, good lighting for a grainy feel. Good pose too, wouldn't change any of that. I like digital grain (longer exposure, low light) for some reason. Many don't. *shrug* I agree with the crop comment, I would try to get, say, the ridge of the nose at 1/3rd up from the bottom by cropping of a little of the top -- just for that final touch. :)

I think this photo is really nice. It has a quiet serene feel to it. The composition is good, I think you could crop a bit of the top out and not loos anything. Overall I think its a nice shot.

I did a quick edit of what I meant by what I think high contrast black and white is. let me know what you think. I'll also post it into the thread also for discussion.

As a black and white I think its a great photo, but as an example of a high contrast image, to me it has way too much grey area and it seems evenly toned from highlights to shadows.
